Waiver
As anyone who has visited a climbing or fitness facility knows, a facility’s insurance provider, as well as business prudence, requires that visitors must sign a waiver. Please click on the button below to sign our waiver (valid for 12 months from the date of signing). When complete, you will receive an automated email asking you to confirm your waiver, and then it will automatically populate in our system.
PLEASE NOTE:
In order to enter the facility (non-climbers included), we require everyone to review the Orientation Video above and sign the accompanying Waiver below.
Adults will need to present a government-issued photo ID, displaying their Photo, Name, and Date of Birth.
Minors will need a Legal Parent or Court-Appointed Guardian to sign the waiver AND verify it in-person or provide a copy of their driver's license in their absence. Please note: Stepparents, nannies, babysitters, grandparents, siblings, and other non-legal guardians, are not considered Legal Parents or Guardians in the absence of a legal declaration of guardianship.
